How is my reservation confirmed?
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you after having approved the payment of guarantee deposit (This deposit is included in the established price). You will have in this mail a statement listing various booking details which you will keep to present once arrived at the hotel. That is why you have to make sure your e-mail address is correct.
Morstay client service is available through booking@morstay.com
In case you do not receive a confirmation mail after booking within the following hours, you give us then booking details such as hotel name, date and we will do the rest.

Note that Morstay is not responsible for any error committed by the client.

What should I do if my credit card is rejected?
Our client service will contact you by phone to help you complete your booking.

Where can i find the name of the hotel and\or its e-mail address?
You will have information such as phone number/fax… On-line or in your confirmation e-mail. The address of every hotel is always been shown to you at the top of page.

What becomes my hotel reservation if my flight is delayed?
Please join Morstay by phone or by e-mail if the delay is more than 12 hours and if your hotel does not help you after having contacted it.

Do I need to confirm directly my reservation with the hotel?
Morstay takes care of everything, please note that you will need to print and have the detailed statement of booking confirmation to present it to the hotel.

Do you accept only credit cards?
Yes, we accept only the credit card payment: Master Card, Visa, Visa Electron and American Express.

What should I pay when I book?
The amount of the deposit is clearly claimed and indicated during booking process. It represents 20 % of the invoice global amount.

Can I pay in advance the remaining amount at the hotel?
You have to contact the hotel for total amount remainder.

Does the system of payment by credit card secure?
Morstay web site adopts an enhanced security system thanks to SSL protocols and to scrambling and encryption procedures to make sure that all the transactions of payment are far from any danger.

Can I pay the deposit by a credit card and use another one to pay the hotel?

Yes.

What to do if the hotel gives me an overcharging?

Send the invoice to info@morstay.com address so that we can verify it and inform you about the refund or to help you understand it. Note that the client service is at your disposal for any question.

How may I cancel my reservation?
Contact us to inform you about cancellation fees.

Can you keep the deposit and use it for another reservation?
No. We will refund it to you and load the new one.

Can I modify my booking?

Of course, except when you book at a non-refundable rate.

How may I modify my booking?
By contacting client service. Morstay will inform the hotel about the taken modifications.

Will there be applied fees if I modify my reservation?
No, while the hotel cancellation fees are not effective in case you cancel and rebook. Else, please keep us informed to contact the hotel for changes.
