Morstay provides you with a service of on-line reservation or by telephone with instant confirmation and a real-time availability for a fast and easy booking. Note that Morstay defines some confidential terms of use and sale which can be modified in a regular way.
Please, read these terms carefully.

1: Acceptance of sale and use terms
You certify to have read, understood and accepted all sale and use terms published on the site by booking through www.Morstay.com. This reservation commits you immediately in a relationship stipulated by a contract with your hotel.
Morstay acts as an intermediary between you and the hotel by the fact of sending to you a confirmation e-mail and detailed information about your reservation, in the name of this hotel.
Morstay web site presents a wide choice of partner hotels that assume the responsibility of provided information accuracy such as availability and rates.
Any use or reproduction of a service or Morstay web site content for any interest is not allowed.

2: Rates
It is recommended to read carefully the descriptions of rooms to know reservation terms because sometimes you may find rates subjected to restrictions on the conditions of cancellation and refund for example. The (ATI) rates are depending on the season, indicated by room and, in most cases, are lower than those of some hotels for a certain date.
With Morstay, you will benefit from the lowest rates on all Moroccan market.

3: Booking
Morstay has all rights to review your credit card details required by the hotel and to see if they are in accordance with the fact that they have to be, for sending them to the hotel concerned by your reservation. In some cases of rates or special offers, the hotel takes a certain amount during booking or during its confirmation.
Note that approximately 25% of the stay total amount (It is the guarantee deposit mentioned during booking process) will be deducted once the booking is made (This deposit will appear on your credit card statement). And before the stay end, you will pay the remaining 75% of the amount to your hotel. The following payment cards are accepted: VISA, American Express, MasterCard and Diners Club.
A client who made a reservation will receive an e-mail of confirmation (Please mention the right e-mail address). This e-mail will act as a proof that summarizes all information related to the reservation. We can say it is a kind of guarantee that must be shown in the hotel during your arrival.
If by mistake or surprise, a hotel not satisfying a reservation already confirmed by Morstay, this hotel takes full responsibility to relocate the concerned client in a room in a near hotel of equivalent or superior category. The hotel will be then responsible for any transport charges of the client who will also have right to refuse the booking and therefore, the guarantee deposit will be refunded to him.

4: Cancellation of booking
Please read cancellation terms of each hotel before attacking booking process because if you have made a reservation that means you agree with all these terms. Do not hesitate to contact Morstay to minimize the penalties and expenses that will be attributed to you. Remember that some offers and rates do not allow you to modify or to cancel the reservation but if it is cancelled, the guarantee deposit will be returned to you but on the other hand, the additional set-up fees can be held.
The hotel will take the owed amount of cancellation fees on your credit card when applying cancellation fees according to the terms of sale. Morstay must stay away from any complaint or legal proceeding made by the client due to the cancellation of a reservation.
Every case must be resolved between you and the hotel after booking.

5: Limit of responsibility
You have to settle with your hotel any dispute related to the quality of service, fees or other thing because Morstay cannot be considered responsible.
You will be invited to fill a satisfaction survey (questionnaire) to contribute to the improvement of Morstay products.

6: Disputes and current law
Only the client and the hotel are responsible for any discord resulting from a difference of opinions, from an opposition of interests or from a quarrel of which the cause is known or unknown.
The general conditions and the various performances are subjected to the Moroccan law.

7: Formalities
Morstay is not responsible for any event that retains the client to enjoy the right to benefit from a stay in Morocco. That is why it is recommended to be informed and insured of administrative documents f or the entrance to Morocco.

8: Security and privacy
Morstay has no right to delete or modify your personal information and it guarantees the respect of your private life by protecting and releasing this information once the reservation is made. The info@morstay.com address is at your disposal, to send your instructions.
